zeetbujj User Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the zeetbujj platform, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, and use of any promotional offers. These Terms apply to all users of zeetbujj, regardless of device, location within Bangladesh, or access method.

zeetbujj provides an online gaming and sports betting platform that includes cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, bingo, and fishing games. All services are offered in English and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform is designed for, and directed at, adult players based in Bangladesh.

By using zeetbujj, you acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk and that the outcome of games and betting markets is uncertain. You confirm that you are participating for entertainment purposes and that you are financially capable of sustaining any losses that may arise from your wagering activity. zeetbujj does not guarantee winnings and does not promise any return on funds deposited.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. zeetbujj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at /terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

zeetbujj is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any game or promotional offer on zeetbujj. This restriction is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

2.1 Age Verification Process

All players are required to complete age and identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before their first withdrawal is processed. zeetbujj may request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 18 or above will be suspended and any funds held in the account will be subject to review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

zeetbujj is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable local laws. zeetbujj does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction beyond its intended market.

2.3 One Account per Person

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on zeetbujj. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual may be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings derived through the duplicate accounts may be voided.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on zeetbujj — including deposits, betting, live casino games, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a chosen password.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You must not register using false personal details, another person's identity, or a fictitious identity. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your zeetbujj username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zeetbujj will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify zeetbujj support immediately at support@zeetbujj.

3.3 Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your registered account information up to date. If your contact details, payment methods, or other registered information change, you should update your account profile promptly. zeetbujj cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payment processing errors arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zeetbujj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on zeetbujj is ৳500 per transaction. There is no upper limit on deposits, though transactions above a certain threshold may be subject to enhanced verification procedures as part of zeetbujj's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit funds into the account or to verified bank accounts registered in your name. You cannot withdraw funds to a third-party account or to a payment method belonging to another person. Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours (BST UTC+6).

4.3 Transaction Limits and Fees

zeetbujj does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of zeetbujj's control. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits are communicated within the cashier section of your account.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

zeetbujj operates strict AML procedures. Funds deposited must only be used for legitimate gaming purposes. You must not use the zeetbujj platform to process, transfer, or launder illegally obtained funds. zeetbujj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal and to freeze funds pending verification. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

zeetbujj periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer in addition to these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on zeetbujj are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have a single, verified account in good standing. Players who hold duplicate accounts, have previously self-excluded, or whose accounts have been flagged for suspicious activity are not eligible for bonuses. zeetbujj reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus and to reverse any bonus credited in error.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

zeetbujj takes bonus integrity seriously. Practices that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or using third-party tools to exploit promotional structures — are strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is detected, zeetbujj reserves the right to void all bonus funds, void winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the account without notice.

5.4 Promotion Expiry

All bonuses and promotional offers carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account. Unused bonus funds do not hold monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player's account.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions

zeetbujj may offer special promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural and sporting events including the BPL cricket season, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, Ramadan, and Victory Day (16 December). These promotions are available to eligible players during the stated promotional window. Full terms for each seasonal promotion are published within the Promotions section of the platform.

6. User Obligations & Conduct

As a registered player on zeetbujj, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. You are responsible for your own conduct on the platform and for any activity that occurs under your account credentials.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zeetbujj:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account per person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any other activity designed to obtain unfair advantage on the sportsbook.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening zeetbujj staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the zeetbujj platform, software, or game content.

6.2 Responsible Behaviour

zeetbujj expects all players to engage with the platform responsibly. You agree to set personal limits on your gambling activity in line with your financial means and to use the responsible gaming tools provided — including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. 6.3 Communication Standards

All communications with zeetbujj staff — whether via live chat, email, or any other channel — must be conducted respectfully and in good faith. Any player who engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communications directed at zeetbujj staff or other players will have their account suspended pending review and may be permanently banned from the platform.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

zeetbujj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

Grounds on which zeetbujj may suspend or close an account include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Suspected age violation — where the account holder may be under 18.
• Duplicate account detected.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering activity.
• Abusive conduct towards platform staff.
• Court order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction.

7.2 Self-Requested Closure

Any player may request permanent closure of their zeetbujj account at any time by contacting our support team at support@zeetbujj or via live chat. Before closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

zeetbujj offers a self-exclusion facility for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be disabled, no deposits will be accepted, and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. 7.4 Fund Recovery on Closure

Where an account is suspended or closed by zeetbujj due to a breach of these Terms, the return of funds held in the account will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Funds associated with fraudulent activity, AML violations, or bonus abuse will not be returned. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, real-money balances will be returned to the player following satisfactory completion of verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

zeetbujj provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and its games, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or downtime at all times.

8.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds being displayed, or erroneous crediting of funds to a player's account, zeetbujj reserves the right to void affected bets or transactions and restore the account to its correct pre-error state. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors to obtain funds or winnings they would not otherwise be entitled to are in breach of these Terms and will have such funds voided and their account suspended.

8.2 Service Interruption

zeetbujj shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from platform downtime, service interruptions, or delays in processing caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider technical issues, force majeure events, or infrastructure maintenance. In such cases, zeetbujj will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and communicate status updates to affected players.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Some games available on zeetbujj are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. While zeetbujj only partners with certified and reputable providers, we accept no liability for technical issues, game malfunctions, or errors that originate within a third-party provider's software. In all such cases, the game provider's own policies will govern the resolution of disputes related to their specific games.

8.4 Player Responsibility

zeetbujj shall not be liable for any financial loss incurred by a player as a result of their own gambling decisions. Players participate in games and betting markets voluntarily and accept that losses are a possible — and inherent — outcome of gambling. zeetbujj strongly encourages all players to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zeetbujj, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of zeetbujj.
